JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with domestic and international shipping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while coordinating the movement of products from production through delivery.

Compensation:

$75,000-$80,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments from start to finish. Schedule freight pickups and deliveries while ensuring on-time shipment. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support daily operations. Manage relationships with freight carriers and transportation providers. Compare shipping options to improve costs, transit times, and overall efficiency. Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation or delivery issues. Prepare shipping documentation and international trade paperwork as needed. Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, transportation, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate shipment records and inventory traceability. Analyze freight costs and assist with logistics budgeting and reporting. Communicate shipment status with both internal teams and external customers. Qualifications 3-5 years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience. 3+ years Freight Forwarding Experience Experience coordinating both domestic and international shipments. Understanding of shipping documentation, customs, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with ERP, WMS, or TMS software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial environment experience. Knowledge of import/export processes and international freight. Experience analyzing transportation costs and improving logistics efficiency.
