Warehouse Control Coordinator Billerica, MA $30.00 - $32.00/hour Full-Time | 1st Shift Looking for a warehouse role where you can make an impact beyond picking and packing? We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Control Coordinator to help keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. If you have strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience, enjoy solving problems, and like improving processes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential. What You'll Do Monitor daily warehouse, shipping, and order fulfillment activities Resolve domestic and international order processing issues Keep inventory stocked in shipping and picking locations Manage inventory replenishment and warehouse inventory levels Troubleshoot order delays and shipping issues Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 warehouse processes Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to keep everything moving efficiently What We're Looking For 4+ years of warehouse experience (medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus) 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience Experience in a high-volume shipping or distribution warehouse Strong inventory control and warehouse management knowledge Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Experience training or leading warehouse employees is a plus High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay: $30-$32/hour Stable, full-time position Opportunity to make a real impact on warehouse operations Work with modern warehouse technology and ERP systems Join a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement Long-term career growth opportunities Ready to take the next step in your warehouse career?
