About the Job The Demand Planner will proactively manage demand and identify/resolve risks through optimizing vendor replenishment, working collaboratively with sales to validate forecast accuracy and ensure that product availability targets are achieved at minimum operating costs and optimum stock levels. Key Responsibilities Perform updates to ensure forecast and planning tools are current Perform data updates to ERP to maintain alignment between Planning tools and ERP Provide data to internal parties upon request Work with senior members of demand planning team to expand knowledge of department focus and efforts Stay up to date with the latest trends in Demand Planning. Other duties as assigned Core Competencies Timely issue resolution Result-driven Discipline to follow policies, processes, and procedures Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; perform work independently without being prompted. Basic Qualifications 1-2 years of related experience User-level knowledge of major ERP/MRP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Innovative responses to complex challenges in business and technology Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
