We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily operational flow and keep shipping, scheduling, and distribution activities organized in Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics activities to support smooth movement of materials, products, and outbound shipments. Build and maintain schedules that align staffing, workload, and delivery priorities with operational goals. Monitor day-to-day activity levels and adjust plans to improve productivity and effective use of labor. Serve as a central point of communication between operations, shipping, and related teams to resolve issues quickly. Track performance against daily targets and take action to keep work on schedule and within quality expectations. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency and workflow. Maintain accurate logistics records and provide timely updates on scheduling, shipping status, and operational concerns. Promote safe work practices while supporting consistent execution of established procedures and standards. Experience coordinating logistics, distribution, or shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage schedules, shifting priorities, and multiple operational tasks at the same time. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Working knowledge of logistics processes, inventory movement, and delivery coordination. Problem-solving ability with a focus on keeping operations efficient and on track. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling schedules, records, and status updates.
