What You Will Be Doing The Senior Planner, Demand Planning & Procurement is responsible for driving demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and product availability for the Footwear business. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Line Management, factory teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role develops and manages demand plans, analyzes inventory and supply requirements, issues and tracks purchase orders, and ensures timely delivery of products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining forecast accuracy, achieving inventory availability targets, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and supporting special product launches, collaborations, and seasonal initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field required;
