Skill in applying basic principles, concepts, and practices of the occupion sufficient to perform entry-level assignments in logistics management. Skill in communicing factual and procedural informion clearly, orally and in writing. Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gher pertinent da, and recognize solutions. FEDERAL TIME-IN-GRADE
(TIG) Requirement for General Schedule (GS)
Positions:
Applicants must have served least 52 weeks the GS-07 or higher grade (or equivalent in an alterne pay system) within the Federal Civil Service to be considered for referral. The purpose of TIG restrictions is to prevent excessively rapid promotions in competitive service GS positions and to protect competitive principles.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE
