Monday - Friday 8am -5pm $22 Duties of theLogistics Coordinator:
Schedule and confirm customer pick-up and delivery appointments via phone and email. Communicate appointment details, including dates, times, and special delivery requirements. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and service availability. Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery services. Contact customers to resolve appointment conflicts, delays, missed deliveries, or scheduling changes. Provide proactive updates on shipment progress, estimated arrival times, and service disruptions. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, appointment changes, and service requests. Verify customer information, delivery addresses, contact details, and special instructions.
