Role:
We're hiring for a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and shipped while supporting efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and international shipping. Candidates must have prior experience coordinating international shipments and preparing related shipping documentation.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.

Complete inventory and material transactions within the ERP system.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and physical inventories.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including shipping labels, packing lists, commercial invoices, export documentation, and carrier communications.

Ensure international shipments are processed accurately and in compliance with applicable shipping requirements.

Investigate and communicate material discrepancies, shortages, damages, and shipping issues.

Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support on-time delivery objectives.

Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse and storage areas.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

Follow all company safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing support.

Must have hands-on international shipping experience.

Experience preparing international shipping documents, commercial invoices, and export paperwork.

Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
