Island Grown Initiative is a non-profit on Martha's Vineyard that works to build a regenerative and equitable food system for our community. We operate a 42-acre farm in the center of the Island and use low till, regenerative practices. We seek a hard-working and community-oriented Gleaning and Distribution Assistant to help us share local food throughout the 2026 growing season.
