Plan and coordinate the supply and movement of inventory for all orthopaedic surgical cases performed in Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut utilizing a state-of-the-art warehouse management system. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of required inventory to and from all hospitals. Manage and adjust inventory levels in order to achieve all territory service goals while also achieving corporate inventory goals. Key Areas of Responsibility Create and execute a daily inventory plan and strategy to ensure that implants and instruments are delivered 100% on time and accurately for all surgical cases Communicate daily with sales force to schedule and plan for upcoming surgeries Store, replenish and retrieve inventory in preparation for surgical cases Complete inventory transactions in the SAP ordering system Track and adjust consignment implant and instrument inventory according to changing demand patterns Coordinate with Billing Specialist to ensure continuity between the inventory and billing processes Research and resolve all inventory variances Complete inventory management projects as needed Consults With Distributor President Director of Logistics Operations Staff Sales Representatives Corporate Product Directors Employment Status Full-Time Salaried Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401K Plan Paid Vacation Qualifications Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
