Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Campus Coordinator to support the daily operations of our learning center. This role is well‑suited for recent graduates or individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with students, and are comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities. The Coordinator will manage front‑desk duties, support instructors, handle basic logistics, assist with administrative tasks, and help with teaching or outreach when needed. Key Responsibilities Welcome students and families and manage front‑desk activities Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries Prepare laptops and materials for classes, including offsite programs Track and report inventory needs to the Director Support instructors with schedules, reminders, and classroom setup Step in as a substitute teacher when required Assist with phone screenings and basic hiring coordination Support younger students during classes or camps Attend outreach events as needed Drive to offsite class locations when required Qualifications Strong communication and customer‑service skills Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Comfortable using laptops and basic technology Experience working with children is helpful but not required Reliable, organized, and able to multitask Must have reliable transportation to commute and transport materials Able to work full‑time, including Saturdays Personal Qualities Friendly and approachable Quick learner with a positive attitude Dependable and proactive Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed

From $40,000.00 per year
