D&G Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Command (SFLC) in Baltimore, Maryland. This role will have regular contact with senior government employees (GS-14/15). What You Will Do Provide guidance and training to junior logisticians. Coordinate with the Section Chief (Government) to fill gaps due to personnel shortages, surge in workload, and an increase in new asset types. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution, including establishing goals, objectives, and priorities. Provide weekly and monthly reports on contract work status. Effectively and efficiently oversee a team of five (5) logisticians (one senior and four junior) and ensure work is performed to the quality expected by the Government. Determine the extent and acceptability of interchangeable and substitute items and recommend equipment modifications as necessary. Determine the effect of maintenance changes on the supply chain. Assess and advise on the impact of equipment support program efforts across the Coast Guard. Apply the ten (10) elements of logistics to SBPL-supported assets. Draft Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans for systems and equipment supported by SBPL. Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance principles and standards including

RCM, and MSG-3 to SBPL-supported assets. Assess and advise on the impact of Coast Guard, Navy, and Other Government Agency (OGA) small boat programs on current SBPL support practices. Generate and maintain maintenance standards in FLS, FLS-Mobile Asset Manager (MAM), and NESSS. Generate and maintain maintenance parts information in FLS, FLS-MAM, and NESSS. Generate, analyze, and modify allowance lists in NESSS. Support the Contracting Officer Representative in maintaining, developing, and analyzing maintenance and supply records within FLS. Review and verify Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) cover sheets and sign-off sheets for accuracy and verify MPCs using the current version of
CG-LIMS-STIP.
Update the FLS-MAM database by recording maintenance performed to supported assets at Centralized Cutter Boat Pooling (CCBP) locations. Change the status of maintenance tasks in FLS-MAM as directed. Generate reports within FLS-MAM, including Work Lists (MDLs) and Configuration Reports. Enter completed maintenance actions into FLS-MAM within three (3) working days of receipt and notify the FLSS Team Lead if completion will exceed the required timeframe, including a proposed corrective action plan. Maintain an electronic archive of completed maintenance actions. Ensure the accuracy of data and Configuration Item Functional Description (CIFD) prior to database entry. Verify that maintenance and configuration changes completed in FLS have migrated to FLS-MAM upon request. What We Are Looking For Required 5+ years engaged in logistics support of small boat maintenance. 5+ years of experience with the Coast Guard Logistics Business Model. 3+ years of experience utilizing FLS and NESSS. Clearance and Eligibility U.S. citizen. Current security clearance or Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust investigation preferred. Current CAC or PIV credential, or current favorable suitability determination preferred.
