Job Description

Position Summary Kitchen & Bath Creations is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Logistics Professional to support the day-to-day flow of products through our warehouse. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, accurately receiving products into our ERP system, maintaining receiving documentation, and assisting with the scheduling and coordination of outbound deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with ERP and inventory systems, and able to communicate effectively with vendors, warehouse personnel, sales teams, and delivery partners. This role is an important link between purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, and customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Inbound Shipping & Receiving Coordinate and track inbound shipments from manufacturers, vendors, and freight carriers. Maintain visibility of expected deliveries and communicate upcoming shipments to warehouse personnel and customer service. Schedule receiving appointments and coordinate dock availability when necessary. Receive purchase orders and incoming products accurately within the company's ERP system. Verify received quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading. Identify shortages, overages, damaged products, and other receiving discrepancies. Document receiving issues and communicate discrepancies to the appropriate internal team or vendor. Maintain organized and accurate receiving paperwork and electronic records. Assist with tracking backorders, partial shipments, and outstanding purchase orders. Outbound Logistics Assist with scheduling customer deliveries, jobsite deliveries, transfers, and other outbound shipments. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are staged and ready for scheduled delivery dates. Communicate delivery requirements, special instructions, and scheduling information to drivers and warehouse staff. Help optimize delivery schedules based on location, product readiness, truck capacity, and customer requirements. Prepare and maintain appropriate shipping and delivery documentation. Assist with coordinating third-party freight or delivery services when required. ERP & Inventory Administration Accurately enter receiving and shipping information into the company's ERP system. Ensure purchase orders and inventory records are updated promptly following receipt of material. Research and help resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP records. Maintain accurate product, shipment, and order status information. Work with purchasing, sales, customer service, and accounting to resolve order or inventory issues. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation as needed. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination Serve as a communication link between purchasing, warehouse, sales, customer service, and delivery personnel. Help prioritize incoming and outgoing material based on project and customer requirements. Maintain an organized schedule of inbound and outbound activity. Assist warehouse leadership with improving shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, documentation, and product flow. Support general warehouse and logistics operations as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or a related field preferred. Experience working with an ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management system strongly preferred. Strong computer skills and comfort working with order and inventory data. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments, orders, and priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify problems and follow through until they are resolved. Experience working with freight carriers, bills of lading, purchase orders, and receiving documentation is preferred. Cabinetry, building materials, construction supply, or similar industry experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means that incoming material is received accurately and promptly, inventory information in the ERP reflects what is physically in the warehouse, discrepancies are identified before they become larger problems, and outbound deliveries are organized and communicated effectively. This individual should develop a strong understanding of the flow of an order from the vendor to our warehouse and ultimately to the customer or jobsite. The goal is to create a reliable logistics process where the team knows what is arriving, when it is arriving, where it belongs, and when it needs to leave.

Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
