What You'll Do:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe workspace at all times Read, print, and prioritize pick lists and daily tasks efficiently Pick, pack, and ship customer orders utilizing scanners, tablets, and computer systems Load, unload, stage, inspect, and store finished goods properly Process shipments domestically and internationally using ERP and shipping systems Utilize customer portals for shipment documentation Conduct inventory transactions and cycle counts with accuracy Support shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material-handling processes Write, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Cross-train in various logistics functions based on business needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support business needs by working overtime as required
Required Skills:
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED Ability to successfully pass drug screening and background check Prior experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics roles Familiarity with warehouse technology like scanners, barcodes, and tablets Demonstrated computer proficiency (SAP, ERP, Word, Excel, TMS, or similar systems preferred) Strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete forklift training and operate equipment Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Nice to

Preferred Education & Experience:
