Secret Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Material Fielding Coordinator to support the PEO Soldier - Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services contract. You will play a key role in the coordination of transportation activities, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of medical equipment and materiel and manage the pre-fielding administrative process, ensuring all Memorandums of Materiel Fielding Agreement (MFA) are signed and tracked.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Transportation Coordinator for
PEOS, PM
SMD, Force Integration Division (FID). Execute the procurement and assembly of medical equipment sets (MES) and field medical assemblages and associated equipment globally to operational forces. Review and develop transportation concepts, policies, and plans that support the
PEOS, PM
SMD's medical equipping mission worldwide. Have knowledge of and gain access to use authorized Army Automation Systems, including but not limited to: Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS) LOGICOL System Global Combat Support System (GCSS) Coordinate with the Government to schedule and conduct a kick-off meeting within seven business days after contract award. Plan and conduct regular, routine meetings with the Government to review progress and status of activities under this contract. Coordinate for AOR travel requirements. Provide a monthly summary of the number of fieldings completed, total number of LINs fielded, the total dollar value of medical materiel fielded, and transportation discrepancy reports. Prepare and deliver a Materiel Fielding After Action Report (AAR) to the Government upon completion of each fielding mission. Prepare documents in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence. Complete the
LOG 0140
Packaging of Hazardous Material certification and recertify as required to maintain certification. Provide a Daily Transportation Report. Provide a Transportation Discrepancy Report.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in transportation management, logistics, or a related field. Familiarity with Army logistics systems and regulations. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
MUST HAVE
the necessary security clearances.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work at a non-specified contractor site. Must be able to complete and maintain required certifications (e.g., LOG 0140 Packaging of Hazardous Material). Must adhere to all applicable federal regulations and policies. Must be able to provide necessary documentation for personnel changes. Must be able to maintain any required security clearances.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
