Logistics Coordinator About AboveAir Technologies Since 2003, AboveAir Technologies has been a leading provider of innovative indoor HVAC product solutions. Based in Frederick, Maryland, our state-of-the-art 110,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility designs and deploys high-quality HVAC equipment tested and listed by Intertek (ETL), Inc. Our systems serve mission-critical environments nationwide, supporting a growing national network of sales representatives. Position Summary We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join and support our existing logistics team as we continue to grow. This role works closely with our manufacturing teams to coordinate shipment timing, manage documentation, and ensure smooth, accurate deliveries — from LTL and dedicated freight to common carrier shipments. This is an in-office position based in Frederick, MD. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with manufacturing teams on shipment timing and readiness across multiple facilities Develop and manage packing lists for outbound shipments Manage and track backlog parts to support on-time shipment Arrange and coordinate LTL, dedicated, and common carrier shipments Assist with freight quoting for outbound shipments Serve as point of contact for customers on shipment changes, including change-of-address requests Provide proof of delivery and shipment documentation to customers as needed Track shipments across multiple manufacturing locations to ensure coordination and visibility Support process improvement and documentation of logistics procedures as the department scales Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or logistics coordination preferred Familiarity with LTL and dedicated freight shipping preferred Experience developing packing lists or shipping documentation a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal teams Manufacturing or industrial shipping experience a plus, but not required Training will be provided for the right candidate Work Environment This is an in-office role based in our Frederick, Maryland facility, five days per week.
