Schedule Monday
  • Friday:
    1:30 PM
  • 10:30 PM
  • One-hour unpaid lunch break (approximately 6:00 PM)
Saturday:
10:30 AM
  • 6:30 PM
  • Flexibility on schedule Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to drivers and customers.
Track and trace drivers throughout their routes. Collect and process driver paperwork upon arrival. Enter trailer numbers into daily dispatch records. Make copies of backhaul paperwork for company and customer records. Organize and file paperwork accurately and efficiently. Monitor fuel levels through Samsara to ensure drivers are properly fueling equipment before returning to the terminal. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative support is preferred but not required. Ability to learn and use systems such as Samsara and TMW.
