Duties:

Take inbound requests and capture the essentials: pieces, weight, dims, origin, destination, ready and protect times Source and quote air charter, ground expedite and hand-carry options on price, speed and reliability Coordinate every leg: pickup trucking, ground handlers, air carriers and final-mile delivery Catch operational risks early (runways, airport hours, loading equipment) and solve them Flight-watch active moves, update customers at each milestone, and re-plan fast when things change Follow our escalation process, bringing at-risk moves to leadership early Keep records and billing details accurate for single-invoice billing; hand off cleanly to the next shift
