Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to orchestrate the seamless movement of goods and materials across our supply chain network. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and optimize logistics strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery. Your expertise will drive cross-functional collaboration with procurement, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and suppliers to maintain a robust and responsive supply chain. Duties Monitor proper inventory level to meet Monthly inventory targets. Works with suppliers to reduce excess or obsolete stock Ensure sites MRP planning parameters aligned with Corp directives with sites Coordinate MRP re-set activities with sites for key suppliers Monitor sites phase in/out components call offs to avoid shortages or obsolescence Launch programs monitor with sites and suppliers have at least next 12 months visibility in ERP Notify Suppliers if increases are made without adequate lead time (each supplier terms and conditions). Ensure that supplier can meet the new release increases, if supplier can't meet releases execute escalation process Skills Bachelor degree (Preferable in SCM) Similar role experience (In Automotive or Electronics for Automotive market) Planning logistics experience with suppliers in Asia and Europe MRP SAP proficient knowledge Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) Join us as a Logistics Planner if you are energized by optimizing complex supply chains through innovative solutions!
