The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $50,800 - $69,580 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role :

Act as a direct communication link with he controls engineering team for material order entry and processing of material needs for the job site.

Coordinates the flow of materials and equipment from vendors to job siteReviews and plans requirements for ordering materialsCoordinates and controls the materials planning functionSolves complex issues by defining opportunities and identifying solutionsFacilitates communication between Engineering, Project Management and ProcurementWork with our Business Integration team to define, launch and manage new processes and procedures that affect controls material order entrySupport bi-weekly team calls with KPI's, open issues and next steps for actions needed to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site on timeSupport on-boarding of new team members to ensure system compliance and training is in place. Provide guidance on daily tasks as neededKeep standards home page up to date and ensure within adherence and compliance (on a project level)Provide weekly updates on priority orders, material entries, other as needed. Assist in root cause analysis for risk / priority orders. Follow up on root cause and how to assist in reduction of red-line itemsPresent as needed in CE all hands meeting, other meetings as needed to provide direction to other team members regarding materials entry / priority tasksOther leadership / investigative actions as needed or defined by manager

Interface with Engineering for shipment information and ordering prioritiesCoordinate with Project Management for delivery sequence and expeditingTrack parts requirements related to projectsProvide feedback to Project Team on exceptions (late shipments)Order Entry for priority orders; verify priority reason indicatorsExpediting for priority ordersVerify stock availability on priority order entry requestsOrder Entry for standard ordersReturn AuthorizationsCoordinate shipping instructions and modes of transportation required to ensure equipment arrives at job site when neededProvide shipping information to Project TeamsProcess mark number cancellations and reissuesProcess new part number requests when requiredCommunicate project needs to ProcurementDirect Engineering to correct procedures and formsEnsure process standards of compliance are metWork with the leadership teams to define and track priority orders, KPI and root cause analysis What We are

Looking For:

Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience may substitute for education.5 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities as presented above.
