Position Overview The Production Planner bridges the gap between field templates, CAD layouts, shop machinery, and final installation. Rather than focusing solely on software drafting, this role requires a candidate who understands the practical, physical lifecycle of custom stone fabrication. You will evaluate how projects come together on the shop floor and in the field, ensuring layouts account for seam placement, structural supports, buildup standards, and job-site conditions. Trade Background Preferred — We Will Train on CAD. Key Responsibilities Translate field templates and blueprints into accurate CAD layouts and shop cutting specs. Determine optimal seam placement, overhang supports, buildup standards, and cut paths based on site conditions. Review architectural specs for specialized jobs (full-height splash, miters, custom shower enclosures). Work directly with Templating, Saw, Router, and Install teams to resolve design or site issues before production. Provide creative troubleshooting and practical problem-solving for non-standard, custom, or complex architectural designs. Qualifications & Requirements Attention to

Experience:
