Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing commercial and government orders to ensure that Fleet production demand is aligned to Fleet allocations in both Short- and Long-Term plans. The role will need to communicate, coordinate, and work closely with several internal departments within Fleet, Supply Chain, Market Requirements, and Finance to ensure volume objectives are attainable. This is a high visibility role.

Responsibilities include:
Short Term Demand Planning:
Providing monthly volumes to Supply Chain counterparts to align with forecasting and business objectives.

Work closely with Sales, Dealer, and Supply Chain teams to ensure fleet demand is accurately reflected in production schedules. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision-makingAlign product mix i.e. trim / engine / etc. to forecasted demand
Long Term Demand Planning:
Providing volumes at scheduled intervals for corporate growth initiatives and customer demand.

Partnering with Supply Chain to identify and address BTG (Balance to Go) concerns, ensuring production and delivery goals are met.

Manage order writing, modifications, and reassignments to ensure accuracy and compliance with business rules.

Develop and maintain system codes to support order processing, reporting, and program-specific requirements.

Collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve process gaps.

Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries, escalating issues as needed to maintain smooth execution.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5+ years of Sales, Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or other related experienceAdvanced skillset in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macro's, etc.)Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work cross functionally in fast paced environmentStrong communication skills - both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
