Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Taylor, MI. This role supports day-to-day operations related to fall protection systems, including assisting with product assembly, basic installation support, and inventory handling. The Associate helps prepare orders, organizes materials and components, and maintains a clean, safe workspace aligned with company safety standards. Responsibilities may include coordinating with team members on scheduling, quality checks, documentation, and shipment preparation to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role requires consistent attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment focused on protecting workers and supporting customers. Qualifications Ability to perform hands-on work, including basic mechanical assembly, use of hand tools, and safe material handling. Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow written instructions, technical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
