Its rugged, real-world solutions-such as Mobile Panel Systems, On-Truck Strap and Solid Bar Systems, Offset Kits, and customized configurations-support safer loading and unloading while reducing injuries, downtime, and liability. Truck Fall Prevention serves EHS leaders, fleet and logistics managers, and facilities in steel, lumber, manufacturing, construction, and open-deck freight. The company is committed to ensuring every worker returns home safely, with safer flatbed operations and minimal workflow interruptions. Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Taylor, MI. This role supports day-to-day operations related to fall protection systems, including assisting with product assembly, basic installation support, and inventory handling. The Associate helps prepare orders, organizes materials and components, and maintains a clean, safe workspace aligned with company safety standards. Responsibilities may include coordinating with team members on scheduling, quality checks, documentation, and shipment preparation to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role requires consistent attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment focused on protecting workers and supporting customers. Qualifications Ability to perform hands-on work, including basic mechanical assembly, use of hand tools, and safe material handling. Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow written instructions, technical diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, with an understanding of or interest in OSHA guidelines and safe working practices. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with operations, production, and logistics staff. Basic computer skills for documentation, inventory tracking, and order processing. Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required for on-site work, in line with safety standards. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial safety environments is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training related to industrial or mechanical work is beneficial.
