Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Dispatch:
Coordinate driver routes and daily shift coverage using specialized scheduling software; troubleshoot logistics in real time.
Documentation:
Maintain precise trip logs, participant records, and daily schedules.
Fleet Support:
Monitor vehicle maintenance logs, safety reports, and capacity requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Position Requirements Experience:
2+ years in transportation scheduling, dispatching, or logistics administration.
Education:
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Skills:
Strong decision-making, adaptability, and communication skills with a focus on senior care.
