Full Job Description Logistics Coordinator Location:
Southfield, MI (Onsite)

$ 21.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

Contract with potential for contract-to-hire About the Role LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping operations for a leading transportation and supply chain organization. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate and support international shipments from purchase order issuance through final delivery. Maintain accurate shipment information, including routing details, dates, documentation, and
INCOTERMS.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates. Execute shipment-related tasks in accordance with customer SOPs and service requirements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within shipment records and systems. Assist with preparing and processing customer quotes. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, agents, and internal teams. Build positive working relationships across departments and support teams. Maintain compliance with established procedures and customer requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or a related field Why Join? Pay Details:
