Job Description

Duties/Responsibilites:
  • Print/prepare all orders for warehouse to prepare goods for shipment.
  • Ship finished goods including setting up trucking on shipments, as well as setting up raw material deliveries.
  • Set up deliveries in the customer portal as necessary.
  • Arrange UPS shipments
  • Send COAs to customers by e-mail as requested
  • Once shipment is sent, confirm in EPR system, pass shipping paperwork to finance.
  • Create shipping labels as needed
  • Receive incoming inventoried items into ERP system
  • Ensure receiving paperwork gets passed along to finance.
  • Serve as back up for shipping requested samples
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Effective Communication, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing Team environment.
  • Experience with Export shipments and associated paperwork.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools including, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook.
  • Experience with shipping Hazardous goods a plus
  • Work closely with Teammates to meet goals and objectives
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
