Job DescriptionThe Logistics Specialist I will mainly assist with performing transactions for all aspects of our instrument parts inventory, To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:

Coordinate the material handling, packaging, and routing of parts shipments to the shipping team. Including any paperwork needed to identify the shipment and its contents.

Properly stock parts and keep inventory tidy and accurateDelivery of parts to other departments as needed. Learn to create new part set up with in the ERPEnsure accurate inventory counts within the ERP system by performing daily cycle counts.

Perform receiving of parts, including material handling, receiving paperwork, ISO requirements and returns.

Ensure production supplies and inventory are accurately labeled and storedSupport distribution activities as neededAdhere to company Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policyPerform other duties as assigned by management
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience requiredStrong dedication to quality and continuous improvementWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)Experience working with information technology, including database softwareWillingness to operate forklift and warehouse machinery
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with material handling and preparation of finished product for shipment, in a manufacturing or biotech organizationForklift experience Experience with ERP software

Additional InformationPay range for this position is:

Minimum pay rate: $18.00 USDMaximum pay rate: $27.00 USDThe salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role. The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
