Respond to member inquiries on transportation and interpreter services with professionalism and accuracy Resolve transportation-related issues and document all interactions clearly and concisely Maintain strong knowledge of PrimeWest Health programs, policies, and guidelines Identify and escalate grievances or appeals following proper procedures Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues Support high-quality service by participating in trainings and team meetings Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Professional Competencies Knowledge of Medical Assistance, Medicare, and privacy regulations related to member communication Education & Qualifications Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (call center experience a plus) Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail Effective communication and ability to work with diverse teams Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs Why You'll Love Working Here Not only a great job, and place to work, we also have a fantastic benefit package!
