Key Responsibilities Process domestic and international shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time. Generate and manage shipping labels through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Speedee, and other freight providers. Prepare and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping records, and compliance documentation. Perform final packaging and inspections of delicate microelectronic and ESD-sensitive products, ensuring safe transport and quality standards are met. Verify quality control documentation and shipment accuracy prior to dispatch. Receive and process incoming materials, supplies, tooling, customer parts, and international deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction updates within the ERP system. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment status, order updates, and logistics-related inquiries. Create and maintain shipment, inventory, and logistics reports using Excel and other business systems. Support purchasing activities, including order follow-up, documentation, and supplier communication. Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance within ERP and logistics systems. Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Coordinate international shipments and ensure required customs and regulatory documentation is completed. Deliver professional customer service while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. Collaborate across departments while taking ownership of tasks and working independently. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a regulated industry such as medical device, semiconductor, microelectronics, aerospace, or similar manufacturing environments. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience handling delicate, sensitive, or ESD-sensitive materials. Knowledge of shipping processes, carrier systems, and tracking tools including UPS and FedEx. Experience with ERP systems and data entry. Customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers. Basic understanding of inventory control, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics operations. Preferred Qualifications International shipping and customs documentation experience. SAP or other ERP system experience. Administrative, reporting, or documentation experience. Purchasing, project coordination, or supply chain experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
