We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Export Documentation & Logistics Specialist to join our Export Team in Edina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end documentation process for our export shipments. Our team has a strong emphasis on having a cohesive and systematic approach to processing our export shipments in the most effective way possible. International Export Documentation & Logistics Specialist Company Overview Wheaton Grain Inc. is a multi-faceted Agri-Business with Business Units involved in buying, storing, transporting, processing, and selling various agricultural products. Wheaton Grain has a container export division located in Edina and grain elevators and container transloading facilities in Wisconsin and Ohio. The container export division handles all export trade, logistics, and documentation on export container shipments. Position Overview The position would be an integral part of our Export Division. The primary function of the role is to lead the execution on our export shipments. Including conversing with oversea customers/importers on documentation requirements, working with ocean carriers on Bills of Lading, invoices and logistical issues, submitting AES/ITN, submitting and ensuring proper certification are obtained from

USDA/APHIS

with the country of destination, and coordinating with banks.
