Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment, and Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the efficient management of warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and inventory control processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless order fulfillment, transportation coordination, and compliance with trade regulations, all while driving continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Coordinate and improve warehouse distribution activities, including stocking, materials handling, and inventory management using warehouse management systems in place. Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of outbound and inbound shipments while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment. Oversee transportation planning and freight management, including working with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and international trade compliance. Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement team on sourcing strategies, vendor management, pricing negotiations, and contract management to optimize costs and service levels. Ensure adherence to trade compliance regulations and international trade standards while managing customs documentation and trade documentation requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain roles practicing in a similar environment. Knowledge of warehouse management systems Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, shipping & receiving procedures, and demand planning methodologies. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely within a warehouse setting; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent cross-functional communication skills for collaborating with procurement, customer service, production planning, and vendor teams. Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and NVOCC operations is advantageous.
