Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and load/unload heavy items safely. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves correctly and conducting regular stock checks using warehouse management systems. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders with precision. Maintain safety standards by adhering to PPE use, manual handling procedures, and safety protocols during all warehouse operations. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products are undamaged and meet company standards before dispatching. Support warehouse distribution tasks including loading trucks, organizing storage areas, and ensuring efficient workflow. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order picking, packing, and inventory management. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners confidently and safely. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics is essential. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items regularly while following safety guidelines. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience with shipping & receiving processes including load & unload procedures. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence and PPE use in a fast-paced environment.
