As a Fulfillment & Inventory Planner , you will manage the deployment of finished food products from production facilities to distribution locations, ensuring product availability and fulfillment of customer demand.
What You Will Do:
- Create and manage purchase orders and stock transfer orders within the ERP system to support service, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning Transportation, Warehousing, FSQ, and third-party logistics providers to drive fulfillment performance and inventory efficiency.
- Optimize inventory placement and storage utilization across distribution centers, depots, and 3PL locations to balance service levels and costs.
- Maintain planning parameters, data integrity, and system controls to support accurate replenishment decisions and consistent execution.
- Monitor inventory and fulfillment metrics, analyze exceptions, and implement corrective actions to improve product availability and operational performance.
- Develop and manage replenishment strategies for seasonal demand, promotions, new product launches, pre-builds, and ongoing business needs.
- Review aging, excess, and at-risk inventory and partner with stakeholders to minimize waste and obsolescence.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, inventory planning, logistics, distribution, or a related field.
- Knowledge of replenishment planning, inventory management, transportation, procurement, and distribution operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
