$22.00 / hour

Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Position Summary:

We are a growing, agile recycling company seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to manage our post-unloading trailer operations. Because we are a small team, you must be entirely comfortable working unsupervised and taking full ownership of your shift. This role is based out of Rogers but requires flexibility to cover various secure shipping facilities across the Twin Cities metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

Pallet Management:

Sort, stack, and grade incoming pallets, then securely load them onto designated outbound trailers.

Trailer Cleanup:

Clean and clear empty semi-trailers of all debris and dunnage after product discharge.

•

Materials Recycling:

Collect, sort, and process cardboard, plastic wrap, and other packaging waste.

•

Independent Operations:

Manage your daily tasks efficiently without direct, on-site supervision.

•

Metro Mobility:

Possible travel to different partner facilities within the Twin Cities metro area as operational needs change.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to gain entry into secure client facilities.

•

Transportation:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between metro job sites.

•

Autonomy:

Proven ability to work independently, solve basic issues on the fly, and maintain a high work ethic unsupervised.

•

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, bend, twist, and stand for the duration of a 4-hour shift.

•

Experience:

Previous experience in warehousing, dock operations, or asset reclamation is preferred but not necessary.
