We are looking for a Senior Production Planner (CP) for our Circular Products (CP) Business Unit. The Senior Production Planner (CP) is responsible for planning and execution of efficient production flow for the company's goods, data and information.

1st shift- N/A Key Roles and Responsibilities as a Senior Production Planner (CP) : Develop and maintain daily & weekly production schedules aligned to demand, capacity, and inventory targets Balance constraints across labor, materials, and machine capacity to deliver achievable schedules Monitor and drive schedule attainment and adherence metrics Proactively identify risks and implement actions As a Senior Production Planner (CP), you will: Utilize Visual Management to help drive daily schedule attainment and accountability Analyze earned hours, labor performance, and throughput trends to identify gaps vs.
targets Monitor WIP inventory levels and recommend adjustments to improve flow and reduce bottlenecks Provide data-driven insights to lead decisions in tier meetings Partner with operations leadership and other planners to refine and respond to changes in priority Identify and lead initiatives to improve planning process, schedule accuracy, and production flow Collaborate with Operations leaders to drive schedule attainment Owns production schedule decisions within defined capacity constraints Provides backup coverage and strategic support to Scheduling Supervisor Support ongoing improvements across job order release through shipping processes Role Qualifications as a Senior Production Planner (CP) : Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning systems (ERP/MRP Knowledge of production processes and best practices Ability to communicate and work with others as part of a high-performance team Adapt to changing work priorities Ability to read and understand required internal manufacturing paperwork including blueprints APICS certification and understanding of SIOP preferred
Work Environment:
