Job Description

At 2020 Exhibits, we create custom made exhibits and booth rentals for trade shows and events. We specialize in designing, fabricating, installing and dismantling large- scale custom and rental exhibits, branded corporate interiors, and engaging environments worldwide. M-F / 8am-5pm/OT & Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
Ensuring Accuracy of Shipments. Knowledge of shipping and receiving protocols. Supervising the loading and unloading of shipments as necessary. Providing and compiling data for client inventory records. Ensuring quality service to our customers by meeting customer shipping requirements within the established time frames. Communicating any warehouse issues that may impact customers. Establish and maintain effective communication avenues with all departments. Perform various warehouse duties, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, picking orders to meet deadlines. Completing special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently. Must be able to work independently without supervision. Setup and tear down basic displays. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation. Limited travel for exhibit installation and dismantle labor required. Must be computer literate. Able to work in fast-paced environment. Be able push/pull/lift 30-50 lbs. frequently. Attention to detail. Forklift certification preferred. Available to work OT and weekends if required. High School Diploma or GED. Possess math and problem solving skills. Follow both oral and written directions and instructions. Able to work with CPU programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Understand and abide by all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injuries. Prolonged standing and working on feet.
