$16.97 per hour Full-time, 36-hour per week, benefits eligible position In-office position, located in Hillsboro, MO 63050 Make a difference in someone's life by helping them get to where they need to be! EZMO Transportation Specialist Job Summary The EZMO Transportation Specialist assists with the daily operations of the EZMO Transportation program. The Specialist helps coordinate transportation by working closely with clients (riders), volunteer drivers, agency staff, and community partners to ensure riders reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on time. Main Duties Schedule rides and assign volunteer drivers. Help clients schedule, change, or cancel rides. Contact clients about ride updates and trip status. Track no-shows and cancellations and update schedules. Use EZMO software to manage rides and driver information. Enter data and keep accurate records. Prepare reports when needed. Help recruit, train, and support volunteer drivers. Promote the EZMO Transportation program within the community. Work with team members and community partners to support transportation services. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or a similar role. Experience working with older adults, people with disabilities, or low-income individuals is a plus. Skills Needed Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Strong organization skills. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one) and proof of vehicle insurance.
