Account Relations Manager II

Job Description

  • Position Purpose:
  • Acts as a liaison with vendors and business partners to build strong, continuous relationships and to enable the understanding of business requirements, needs, and service expectation. Works alongside vendor management team members to maintain complex vendor relationships and enhance vendor experience.

+ Communicates to vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance

+ Assesses key performance data to monitor and measure productivity of specific programs and program compliance

+ Builds reports to leverage key performance data for metrics and to identify areas of process improvements for vendors

+ Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to handle escalations (e.g., claims), as appropriate

+ Represents the company/department in facilitating new business/process implementations from initial launch through day-to-day interactions as needed

+ Seeks out new business opportunities with vendors to create collaborative relationships that support compliance with standards and requirements

+ Performs root cause analyses with vendors to identify business issues or problems to ensure member or providers satisfaction

+ Acts as a liaison to workforce management and the training team to schedule and support vendor training on latest products/services

+ Works directly with vendors on training, planned maintenance, and other services to educate and provide updates on products/services to member or providers

+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Complies with all policies and standards

  • Education/Experience:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range:

$63,600.00 - $114,600.00 per year
