Job Description

Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of logistical and administrative tasks that support daily operations at the Kansas City facility. This role coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, ensures proper handling of customs documentation, works closely with customs brokers, and organizes the arrival and dispatch of goods. The position also supports general office operations and assists with implementation and ongoing management of the Company's office management system used to streamline logistics, inventory tracking, and administrative workflows. Essential Job Functions Coordinate the logistics of incoming international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely arrival and accurate documentation. Track and monitor shipments to confirm transportation accuracy and on-time delivery. Organize and stage incoming goods, ensuring proper distribution to designated office or warehouse locations. Verify the accuracy of all incoming documentation, including customs documents, bills of lading, shipping manifests, and domestic delivery receipts. Coordinate the logistics of outgoing shipments and prepare required documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and bills of lading. Monitor outgoing shipments to confirm timely dispatch and resolve any delivery issues that arise. Review and verify customs documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Communicate with customs brokers to facilitate clearance and resolve import/export issues. Maintain organized records of all customs-related documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. Support day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence management, and data entry. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination activities. Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed. Assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Company's office management system; input operational data and provide guidance to team members during system adoption. Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule and the Company's attendance policies. Perform other related duties as assigned by management consistent with the role.
Pay:
From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
