Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our company's inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and experience in supply chain management to support seamless order fulfillment and operational excellence. Duties Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple locations. Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing purchasing processes. Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze inventory trends, demand forecasting, and supply chain performance. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting inventory accuracy or supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling. Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including stocking, materials management, and warehouse management system (WMS) operations. Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control roles. Demonstrated ability in procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
