Join our team and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. We are seeking a Production PlannerLogistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work closely with production, sourcing, customer service, suppliers, carriers, and plant personnel to ensure materials, production schedules, and logistics are aligned.
Key Responsibilites:
Coordinate raw materials, inventory, and finished goods to support operations and customer requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between production, sourcing, customer service, carriers, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand, inventory levels, and material availability. Monitor inventory levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cycle count activities. Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and ERP transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Track inbound raw materials, including imported shipments and rail deliveries. Manage shipping, receiving, freight, and transportation activities, including domestic, export, and import logistics. Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate logistics records. Monitor freight activity, help control costs, and address carrier or delivery issues. Monitor operational performance metrics, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production, inventory, material, shipping, and logistics issues. Starting Annual Salary:
