The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure operational continuity, minimize disruptions, and improve supply chain resilience. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor supply chain activities to identify operational risks and potential disruptions. Analyze transportation, inventory, supplier, and distribution data to evaluate risk exposure. Develop and maintain risk assessment reports, dashboards, and mitigation plans. Coordinate with logistics providers and suppliers to resolve supply chain issues efficiently. Support business continuity and contingency planning initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and risk management. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Assist in supplier performance reviews and risk evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency. Prepare documentation and reports for management regarding identified risks and corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and supply chain software or ERP systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, and supply chain best practices is preferred.
Pay:
$28.70 - $33.90 per hour
