This position serves as a key link between our customers, warehouse, transportation providers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to coordinate efficient shipping operations. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments Schedule truckload, LTL, rail, ocean, and air freight with transportation providers Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bill of ladings and export documents Monitor shipment status and communicate delays or issues with customers and internal departments Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure compliance with shipping regulations Track shipments and resolve transportation issues to ensure timely delivery Audit freight invoices and shipping documentation for accuracy Maintain accurate shipping records and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business is a plus) 2-3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, traffic coordination, shipping, or export operations Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments Working knowledge of bill of ladings, carrier scheduling, freight routing, and shipping documentation Experience working with LTL, truckload, rail, ocean, and/or air freight Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Preferred Experience Manufacturing or distribution environment International export shipping Customs documentation and freight forwarding What You'll Bring Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong customer service mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to safety and quality
