Supply-Chain Planner/Coordinator -
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory and replenishment strategies to support service and efficiency objectives.
Coordinate supply with internal operations and external suppliers.
Develop production schedules and planning priorities based on business demand.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply disruptions or shortages.
Support forecasting and sales and operations planning activities.
Analyze inventory, capacity, and supply chain data to drive decision-making.
Lead and develop planning team members while promoting continuous improvement.
Partner with operations, procurement, logistics, customer service, and sales teams to achieve business goals.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, inventory management, or production scheduling.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations preferred.
Strong ERP system knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
