Primary Duties & Responsibilities Customer & Vendor Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact for the public, answering phone calls, texts, and emails with a professional and helpful attitude.

Logistics Coordination:

Partner closely with multiple trucking companies and a diverse group of drivers to track shipments and optimize loading timelines.

Operations Tracking:

Monitor warehouse production metrics and input accurate data to keep our inventory and timelines on schedule.

Financial Oversight:

Manage daily cash drawers, process client transactions, and balance daily logs accurately.

Field Operations:

Safely operate company vehicles and assist in the yard or warehouse as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications Tech & Math Literacy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating, modifying, and correcting data spreadsheets) and basic mathematical tracking.

Administrative Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to type 35+ WPM and speak fluently in English.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly, and comfortably work outdoors in all weather conditions on uneven ground.

Compliance:

Possess a valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Preferred Experience (A Plus, But Not Required) Experience operating or working safely around heavy machinery and commercial vehicles. Proven ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of daily tasks. Strong attention to detail and a knack for multitasking. A broad range of interests and a desire to make a tangible difference in our local community.
