Our team is guided by our core GRIT values: Growth Readiness Integrity Team Learn more at: www.medworkssurgical.com What You'll Do Coordinate the delivery, setup, and retrieval of surgical equipment at hospitals and surgery centers Transport equipment safely and professionally throughout the assigned territory Set up, test, and verify equipment functionality before clinical use Train physicians, nurses, and operating room staff on proper equipment operation Respond to customer needs and provide hands-on technical support Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary Maintain accurate inventory, service, and delivery documentation Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and clinical support teams Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, operating room personnel, and clinical staff What We're Looking For/Required Qualifications Live within approximately 30 miles of Butte, MT Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Dependable, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region Ability to lift, transport, and set up equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Comfort working in hospital and surgical environments after training Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Logistics or transportation Field service or technical support Equipment rental or industrial operations Healthcare or operating room environments Military service Inventory management Customer training or client-facing support roles No prior medical experience is required. Medworks provides comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
