Krispy Kreme's LogisticsProject Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the logistics team and Strategy Manager, keeping the team efficient and effective. Primary responsibilities includeanizing, scheduling, and tracking project progress, while ensuringmunication between internal and external stakeholders is clear and timely. You will manage various administrative and coordination tasks that drive the successful management of calendars andpletion of projects, including tactical and strategic initiatives. Youranizational skills and proactive approach will help ensure initiatives and tasks are executed smoothly and meetpany goals.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead launch calls to coordinate multiple disciplines, including Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, Procurement, and others as needed to ensure successful launch of new Points of Access.

Assist in the management of logistics projects related to operational changes, expansions, and other strategic initiatives.

Act as the administrative lead, scheduling project meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, taking meeting notes, and creating status reports.

Support manager in tracking project performance, ensuring the successfulpletion of both short- and long-term project goals.

Ensure timely and accurate system updates related to launches and operational changes.

Coordination with procurement and suppliers to ensure display supply to support expansion activity.

Fixture and display tracking and maintenance.

Ensure that project updates are regularlymunicated to all relevant parties through reports, presentations, and meetings.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Excellentanizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Sense of ownership and accountability; consistent follow through and reliability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtualmunication platforms such as Teams and Zoom.

Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Experience working in a project coordination or support role, especially in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
