Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Utilize designated computer systems, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Sage ERP for inventory and production tracking Receive, label, and stage incoming materials for production Prepare, handle, and transport materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment Maintain accurate inventory control by performing cycle counts, participating in semi-annual inventory audits, and assisting with inventory discrepancy investigations Audit and verify material locations throughout the facility to ensure accuracy Support shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, and merging batches for outbound product Maintain 5S standards, organization, and cleanliness across production and warehouse areas Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or issues promptly Other duties as assigned
Skill Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Basic computer literacy; familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to learn quickly and accept coaching Effective communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) Prior manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Successful completion of drug and background screening This is your opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning and grow as we grow!
