Supply Management Planner - 1st Shift - John Deere Turf Care This is a vital, long-term 2+ year contract opportunity paying up to $30/hr, including 1 Week of PTO. In this role, you will oversee and manage the delivery process of purchased parts across internal and external supplier networks for one or more locations, keeping manufacturing operations fully supplied and running on schedule.

100% Onsite in Fuquay-Varina, NC.

Duration:

2+ Years.

Shift:

1st Shift.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Business Casual environment).

Core Responsibilities Parts Flow & Delivery Management:

Manage, track, and expedite the delivery process of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers across multiple facility locations.

Supplier & Internal Communication:

Communicate effectively with supplier representatives and internal factory teams to resolve part availability issues and logistics bottlenecks.

Data Management & Analytics:

Leverage Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, daily to track inventory schedules, generate part status reports, and update supply chain metrics.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Monitor delivery schedules to prevent line shortages and support continuous shop floor workflow.

Required Skills & Experience Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Literacy:

Solid computer operations capability, strong typing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Excel).

Logistics & Availability:

Ability to work 100% onsite in Fuquay-Varina, NC.
