Job DescriptionResponsible for the logistics function within the Lincolnton plant Value Streams, contents inventory management at distribution centers (PTNF), acting as a plant contact for DP colleagues from PTNA and PTNF, production planning and control for at least one value stream, raw material VMI coordination and planning with supplying plants, daily monitoring of process and result-KPIs and deviation management, master data maintenance and lead/support cross-functional- and LOG-CIP-projects.
Primary Duties:
Inventory management of finished goods in the US and Canada Distribution CentersProduction planning/control (mid-term planning, weekly levelling pattern/production planning, daily management) Raw-material VMI coordination and planning (internal and external supplier) Daily monitoring related result and process-KPIs including deviation managementCustomer communication and internal prioritizationContinuous improvement of processes within the entire supply chainSupport cross-functional projects (e.g. TTM/Launch, MRP release change, etc) QualificationsBachelors Degree in Logisitcs, Supply Chain or Business preferred. Alt least 5 years experience as a Logistics Planner in a fast paced manufacturing environment. System and shop floor proficiency in designing (lean) logistic processesComputer proficiency in Microsoft office, web application and SQLExpertise in SAP (esp. modules
MM, SD, PP
